Kaspi Travel Design Process
Kaspi Travel is the travel booking product inside Kaspi.kz, the super-app used by most adults in Kazakhstan (around 15M monthly active users). Users book flights, trains, and tours and pay in installments. I owned this booking experience end to end as the Product Designer, working under tight deadlines and hard technical constraints.

Situation
Kaspi set out to launch in-app rail and air ticket booking, two complex, integration-heavy flows, on an aggressive timeline.
Task
Design the entire booking system for rail and air tickets, end to end, in a very short window.
Action
I gathered technical requirements directly from engineers, mapped the constraints of the Amadeus GDS powering flight inventory, and benchmarked competitor booking flows. From there I built the user flows and a full customer journey map, then translated everything into the complete booking design.
Result
We shipped on time. The full, complex design was assembled in under a week of focused work under tight deadline pressure, and the booking system launched successfully inside the app.
